Responsibilities:

• Perform daily preventive maintenance on the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) to ensure reliable operation
• Monitor the operating condition and performance of all robotic components within the ASRS
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues affecting ASRS equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues within the ASRS
• Identify, maintain, and troubleshoot motor control systems, including motor starters, variable frequency drives (VFDs), DC drives, standard electrical components, and advanced automation control systems

Qualifications:

• Proficient in the safe and effective use of power tools
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and detailed instructions
• Understanding of multiple levels of automation, including systems integration and applicable standards
• Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or direction
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with departmental staff
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Experience:

• Technical/vocational degree.
• Should have 1 year of experience and/or a mechanical background.
