Responsibilities:

• Perform bindery and stitching operations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate bindery equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all production meets quality, safety, and customer standards
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Maintain accurate production logs and follow ISO procedures
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with training new and temporary employees
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work overtime, weekends, and support other departments as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
• Basic computer skills: PSI software experience is a plus
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of experience operating three core bindery machines in a commercial printing environment
