What You’ll Do:

As Property Manager, you’ll take the lead on all aspects of community operations, making a real impact every day:

• Create Exceptional Resident Experiences: Build strong relationships, address concerns promptly, and foster a positive, inclusive community residents are proud to call home.
• Guide Applicants from Start to Finish: Oversee rental applications, manage underwriting, and ensure smooth, stress-free move-ins.
• Drive Financial Success: Manage rent collection, monitor delinquencies, and implement effective strategies to maintain timely payments.
• Oversee Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests while partnering with vendors and maintenance teams to keep properties in top condition.
• Manage Budgets & Financials: Assist with budgeting, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records to support overall property performance.
• Build Strong Vendor Partnerships: Develop relationships with trusted vendors and contractors, negotiate agreements, and ensure high-quality service.
• Lead with Confidence: Inspire, mentor, and support your team through training, guidance, and hands-on leadership to achieve excellence.

We’re seeking a driven professional who brings both experience and enthusiasm:

• Proven Experience: 3–5 years of apartment community management experience, including tax credit properties.
• Strong Leadership Skills: A track record of motivating teams and leading with confidence and integrity.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for service.
• Exceptional Organization: Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, Professional Attitude: Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and committed to maintaining high morale and resident satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license required.
