Operations & Video Content Creator (TikTok/Apparel Focus)

Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York (Onsite, occasional travel)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Fashion Influencer Operations & Video Content Specialist, focusing on apparel short-form video content for TikTok. This role involves hands-on coordination with fashion influencers and models, managing video shooting, editing, and publishing to ensure clothing products are showcased effectively and align with brand and platform standards. The candidate must be fluent in English and Chinese and able to work efficiently onsite in a fast-paced cross-border environment with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Fashion Influencer / Model Operations & Content Management

• Coordinate and manage TikTok fashion influencers and models, ensuring timely content delivery for apparel.
• Assist influencers/models with understanding creative concepts, scripts, shooting requirements, and posting schedules.
• Follow up on influencer content execution to ensure clothing styling, poses, and scenes meet brand and platform standards.
• Track influencer collaboration details, outputs, and performance to support content review and optimization.

TikTok Short-Form Video Shooting & Editing (Apparel Content)

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos featuring apparel, including scene setup, outfit styling, framing, lighting, and pose guidance.
• Ensure clothing details (fit, color, fabric texture) are accurately captured on video.
• Incorporate platform trends, creative effects, captions, stickers, and music suitable for TikTok’s algorithm and audience engagement.
• Conduct basic color correction, transitions, and visual enhancements to improve video quality.
• Organize and manage raw footage, ensuring all clips are properly labeled and backed up.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts, test video formats, and implement seasonal or campaign-specific content ideas.

Content Execution, Detail Management & Other Assigned Tasks

• Manage execution details such as asset organization, file naming, version control, and pre-publishing preparation.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of video content with minimal rework.
• Complete other influencer- or content-related tasks as assigned by management, including ad-hoc creative requests, campaign coordination, and cross-department support

Requirements

• Onsite position based in Midtown Manhattan.
• 1+ years of experience in TikTok short-form video content creation and influencer relations, preferably within apparel/fashion industry.
• Proficient in short video shooting and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut).
• Fluent in both English and Chinese for professional communication required.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in execution and influencer content follow-up.
• Sensitive to fashion styling, trends, and TikTok content trends.
• Occasional travel may be required for shoots, influencer collaborations, or brand events.
