Medical Assistant/Guest Service Coordinator at Alpha Aesthetics Partners – Rocklin, California

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team in a Hybrid MA/GSC position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within our clinic environment. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the medical practitioner in performing aesthetic treatments and procedures, such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, and other non-surgical procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for procedures.
• Perform pre-treatment and post-treatment patient care, including skin cleansing, applying topical anesthetics, and providing aftercare instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including detailed notes on treatments and progress.
• Educate patients on various aesthetic procedures, expected outcomes, and potential side effects.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and order as needed.
• Handle patient inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities, such as social media posts and patient consultations.

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
• Previous experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting preferred.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
