About the role

As a Full Stack Engineer, youll design, build, and optimise scalable web applications that support growth-focused initiatives across a modern SaaS platform. Working across both front-end and back-end systems, youll help deliver reliable, high-performance user experiences while ensuring maintainability and scalability in production.

This is a fully remote, async-first role, collaborating with distributed product, design, and engineering teams to ship meaningful features that improve how people work in remote and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end full-stack web applications.
  • Build and integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver cohesive, user-focused functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver growth-driven features.
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable APIs.
  • Optimise application performance, reliability, and scalability across environments.
  • Monitor system health and proactively improve code quality, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work effectively in an async, globally distributed team environment.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Angular, and React.
  • Experience building and consuming APIs, with a solid understanding of backend systems.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and cloud platforms (GCP experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end features from design through production.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating in remote, asynchronous teams.
  • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with broader team goals.
Nice to have
  • Experience working in remote-first or async-first engineering teams.
  • Exposure to performance monitoring and optimisation in production systems.
  • Experience contributing to growth-focused product initiatives.
  • Familiarity with scalable SaaS architectures and distributed systems.
  • Interest in building products that improve productivity, transparency, and trust in modern workplaces.
