Job Overview:

• Company: Able Concrete Raising & Pouring.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.

• Location: Field Operations - Eagan, MN (Travel Required).

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday.

• Project Scope: Concrete / Masonry / Coatings (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Government).

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity: You will play a vital role in our specialized restoration services, using precision techniques to stabilize and lift concrete surfaces across diverse environments. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys technical problem-solving and direct client interaction. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute precision drilling and pumping sequences to raise and level settled concrete slabs to their original grade.

• Monitor material flow and pressure during the mudjacking process to ensure structural stability and surface alignment.

• Act as a lead on-site presence, coordinating small crew movements and ensuring all equipment is maintained at peak performance.

• Interface with residential and commercial customers to explain the process and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

• Troubleshoot complex soil or slab conditions in real-time to provide long-lasting restoration results for our clients.

• Maintain a clean and professional job site, ensuring all holes are patched and finished to match existing surfaces perfectly.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a "people person" attitude for effective team leadership and customer relations.

• High level of reliability and a professional work ethic to manage field schedules and travel requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding slab leveling and surface finishing aesthetics.

• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and maintain a high standard of honesty and integrity.

• Class B CDL required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Approximately 2 years of experience in concrete raising, and mudjacking.

• Knowledge of various soil types and grout mixtures used in specialized concrete lifting.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the construction or home services industry.
