The Opportunity Wyze is already one of the top electronics sellers on TikTok Shop, generating millions in revenue and multiple viral products. We’re looking for a Social Commerce Manager to own and grow this channel as a core revenue engine. In this role, you’ll operate TikTok Shop like a small business inside the company. You’ll coordinate across creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure products are merchandised well, creators are producing content, promotions are running effectively, and the channel continues to scale. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines strong e-commerce instincts with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset. You don’t need to be a content creator, but you should understand what drives conversion and how to translate social content into sales. What You’ll Do Own the TikTok Shop Business
  • Manage day-to-day performance of the TikTok Shop storefront
  • Optimize product listings, merchandising, and storefront experience
  • Plan and execute promotions, bundles, coupons, and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor platform policies, account health, and operational performance
  • Track key metrics including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and creator performance
Drive Content-to-Commerce
  • Partner with Wyze’s creative and social teams to ensure product content is optimized for conversion
  • Identify creative trends and product angles that resonate with TikTok audiences
  • Help coordinate product demos, short-form videos, and creator-generated content that drives sales
Grow the Creator & Affiliate Ecosystem
  • Recruit and activate creators to promote Wyze products through TikTok Shop
  • Manage product seeding, affiliate incentives, and creator outreach
  • Identify high-performing creators and double down on successful partnerships
Coordinate Across Teams
  • Work closely with creative, performance marketing, operations, and customer support teams
  • Partner with supply chain teams to ensure products are in stock and ready to ship
  • Collaborate with TikTok’s account management team to take advantage of platform opportunities, promotions, and programs
Test and Expand Social Commerce Channels
  • Evaluate emerging social shopping opportunities (e.g., Instagram Shop, YouTube Shopping, Amazon Live)
  • Help build the playbook for scaling Wyze’s social commerce presence across platforms
What You Bring
  • 2–5+ years in e-commerce, marketplace operations, growth marketing, or social commerce
  • Strong merchandising and commercial instincts (pricing, promotions, bundles, conversion optimization)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and managing many moving pieces
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy building and improving systems in fast-moving environments
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience operating or supporting TikTok Shop
  • Experience with creator or affiliate marketing programs
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
  • Background managing marketplace channels such as Amazon, Instagram Shop, or other social commerce platform


CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $96,000 – $120,000 per year.
