A hub for information, resources, and support, the Campus Success Manager guides the order and flow of Donum Dei. Sick Pay
72 hours annually accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked.

Key Responsibilities
Order/Organization (40%)
Open the school in the mornings (unlock doors, turn on heating as needed, turn on lights).Monitor and manage purchasing for any office/facility supplies needed (i.e. water dispensers, first aid supplies, staff lounge/bathroom supplies-- coffee, plates, handsoap, etc.)Provide administrative support to leadership team and staff (taking notes during staff meeting, locating items on campus, brainstorming solutions, covering for breaks)Support various school mailings (inquiry packets, annual all-school mailings, etc.) Maintain contact records and notes on vendors used for facilitiesSupport facilities and building management, like greeting visitors and receiving packagesSeek to create and maintain an organized and beautiful front office, staff break room, and other shared spaces around campus (school yard, garden area, rooftop area)Manage and support after school activities calendar and traffic flow of students in different activitiesCoordinate repairs for any facility or equipment issuesAssist with facilities projects as neededPeople/Culture (40%)
Deliver important messages to staff members and students Direct visitors (parents/guardians, vendors, substitute teachers, prospective employees and families) to events/meetings/classrooms and introduce them to their school contactAct as liaison between groups (Parents/Staff, Neighbors/Staff, Vendors/Students)Provide a supportive space for students who need to reset or restCoordinate with teachers in order to tend to sick students and notify parents as neededSupport substitutes with operational needs when they are on campusSupport Extended Care program needs Being available to the Donum Dei students and staff for various needs (bandaids, ice packs, tissue boxes, bathroom breaks, lost teeth, cardboard, etc.)Create and update Slide Deck for upcoming events; play daily on foyer screenSupport implementation of school culture (activities calendar, birthday board, needs for assemblies)Safety/Security (20% )
Manage the Front Office and ensure a trained staff member is in the front office at all times if you are not able to be in the office (during lunch recess or breaks, for example)Monitor door/intercom and sign visitors in and out based on security protocolsThe pay range for this role is:45,000 - 50,000 USD per year(Campus)
