The Logistics Analyst III will coordinate, facilitate, and manage logistics operations for the Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services contract. This role involves planning and executing materiel fielding events at various locations across the country. Join a company on the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America! Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and execute comprehensive life‑cycle management reviews and impact assessments in support of program and project objectives.
- Provide operational management planning support, including analysis, development, and updates to policies, procedures, and program planning documentation.
- Coordinate and support the planning and management of single and multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and contractual requirements.
- Assist senior program managers with performance tracking and reporting, including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance.
- Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to management goals, standards, and best practices, and support corrective actions as needed.
- Apply established program and project management methodologies to successfully implement management objectives across assigned efforts.
- Deliver a full range of functional and information management support, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent handling of program data and documentation.
- Maintain and manage program information, records, and artifacts necessary to support mission execution across the full program life cycle.
- Support cross‑functional collaboration by facilitating communication, coordination, and information flow among stakeholders.
- Perform other programmatic, analytical, and administrative tasks required to support mission success
- Engage with military customers to support Integrated Teams and process improvement.
- Attend meetings, track action items, develop documentation for delivery to the Government.
- Dress and act appropriately in a government environment, adhering to the dress code suitable for a military setting.
- Support ISO 9001 quality management system and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or HS Diploma and equivalent experience.
- Five + years of relevant experience, preferably in a military environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Understanding of military protocols and Class VIII resupply a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and work as part of a cohesive team.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and hold DoD Secret Clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
