What You’ll Be Doing Every Day…
Oversee and continuously improve existing QA strategies and processes to maintain high product quality standards
Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, D2C, and customer service, to ensure quality outcomes align with customer expectations
Monitor, analyze, and report on QA metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Perform regular audits and reviews of current QA processes to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations
Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, determine root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and evolving standards in QA and e-commerce operations
Manage QA inspectors in Asia, review and summarize inspection reports, and communicate findings with suppliers
Maintain and enhance existing product testing standards for both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Wholesale channels
Ensure continued compliance with all regulatory and product standards across D2C and Wholesale channels
Oversee and support QA-related processes at the corporate location
Coordinate with bulk and custom shop buyers to manage special or non-standard testing requirements
Oversee factory audits, including compliance and social responsibility audits, for wholesale partners
Perform additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Need…
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or in a relevant field
10+ years of experience in QA, with experience overseeing QA and testing protocols in a corporate environment.
Proven work experience as a QA Manager or QA Auditor
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
Experience working in an e-commerce environment is preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Possess strong presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
Travel requirements: up to 10%

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $150,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
