Executive Exteriors is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Senior Executive & Personal Assistant to serve as the CEOs trusted right hand. This unique and high-impact role blends executive administration, operational coordination, personal assistance, and household management into one critical leadership support position.
You will function as the central point of coordination for the CEOs schedule, communications, priorities, and logistics across both business and personal domains. From managing complex calendars and corporate initiatives to coordinating family schedules and household operations, this role requires exceptional judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
This is a high-trust, primarily in-person position requiring flexibility, maturity, and professionalismincluding occasional interaction with and transportation of the CEOs 11-year-old twins.

Key Responsibilities- Executive Scheduling & Time Management
Manage, protect, and optimize the CEOs calendar and daily schedule
Prioritize meetings based on strategic impact and personal obligations
Coordinate complex multi-party scheduling across businesses and family logistics
Prepare daily agenda briefings and meeting summaries
- Call Screening & Gatekeeping
Screen incoming calls, emails, and requests
Assess urgency and route communications appropriately
Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO when necessary
Protect executive focus by filtering non-essential interruptions
- Task Delegation & Accountability
Track action items from meetings and conversations
Delegate responsibilities to internal team members and external vendors
Monitor deadlines and ensure follow-through
Maintain accountability systems for ongoing initiatives
- Event & Experience Coordination
Plan company events, client experiences, and community functions
Coordinate holiday gatherings, appreciation dinners, and team events
Manage venues, vendors, hospitality, and logistics
- Showroom & Executive Support
Provide in-person executive support at the company showroom
Assist during client visits and vendor meetings
Coordinate hospitality, materials, and presentation readiness
- Document & Information Management
Manage document requests, contracts, and signatures
Organize digital and physical filing systems
Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
- Personal & Household Administration
Manage personal bills, subscriptions, and vendor coordination
Oversee home maintenance, IT support, and vehicle servicing
Coordinate errands, deliveries, repairs, and service providers
- Transportation & Family Support
Operate company vehicle as needed
Coordinate transportation logistics
Occasionally transport the CEOs 11-year-old twins to school or activities
Maintain professionalism and discretion in family interactions
- Research & Multi-Entity Support
Conduct research for business and personal initiatives
Provide administrative support across multiple companies
Assist with acquisitions, investments, and special projects
Travel planning and itinerary management
Podcast coordination
Gift purchasing and holiday planning
Medical and appointment scheduling
Real estate and property support
Vendor quotes and contract coordination
Organizing offices, closets, and digital systems
Insurance paperwork and renewals
Coordinating movers, cleaners, landscapers
Handling confidential and time-sensitive matters
After-hours problem-solving when required
Minimum 3+ years of Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience
Must reside within 1015 minutes of Highland Village / Flower Mound, TX
Clean driving record and comfort operating a company van
Experience supporting families and interacting with children
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Strong technology skills (email platforms, calendars, CRM systems, task management tools)
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
