In Room Dining Attendant/Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel at StepStone Hospitality Inc. – St. Louis, Missouri

• Answer the room service phone after no more than 3 rings
• Handle closing of guest transactions in room service, close out the register, and balance out cash for the shift as well as keeping cash funds secure at all times
• Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints
• Walk floors to complete tray pickups
• Use proper guidelines for taking and delivering orders
• Practice and observe all safety rules and regulations
• Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested
• Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures
• Ability to accurately use various office software
• Other duties as assigned

· Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.

· Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.

· Hearing, writing, typing.

· Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.

· Other duties may be assigned.

· Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.

· Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.

· Must have good mathematical and computer skills.

· High school education preferred. Relevant training and experience required.

· Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.

· CPR training and first aid training preferred.

· Additional language ability preferred.
