The Account Executive will engage senior decision-makers in large, complex organizations, promoting AI-powered solutions that modernize customer engagement and contact center operations. This role demands a consultative approach, resilience in navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and a talent for creating strategic value for clients. Success requires autonomy, disciplined execution, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, outbound-driven environment. Accountabilities:- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calling, personalized email, video outreach, and social selling.
- Identify and engage executive-level stakeholders and technical buyers in target enterprise accounts.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery and solution alignment to negotiation and close.
- Conduct value-based conversations highlighting AI-driven automation, real-time insights, and modern cloud communication solutions.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and manage long sales cycles with precision.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Collaborate with channel and partner teams to expand account reach and accelerate deals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline.
- Proven success cold-calling into large organizations and acquiring net-new logos.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and sell to C-level executives and senior business leaders.
- Track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex, multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Highly autonomous, disciplined, and accountable, with a strong business acumen and consultative sales approach.
- Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Preferred: experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, AI-driven SaaS, or related enterprise software categories; familiarity with transformational technology sales.
