BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Location: Remote (Spain schedule) Schedule: MondayThursday, 9:0018:00 \u007C Fridays until 15:00 Department: HQ Commercial

About the Role: We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our HQ Commercial team. In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Marketing, and other key departments while developing skills in group management, customer relations, and commercial growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, energetic, and eager professional to advance in business development, especially within the Groups segment.

What You Will Learn & Do:

Deliver customer service for Groups and assist during commercial visits.

Manage bookings and follow up on group requests using CRM/PMS tools.

Coordinate, prepare, and track commercial proposals.

Support management of relationships with university groups.

Collaborate on initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Liaise with suppliers and assist with daily administrative tasks.

Participate in satisfaction-improvement initiatives.

Research and contact new agencies, tour operators, and universities to secure accommodation agreements with our residences.

What Were Looking For:

Motivated junior professional who is organized, service-oriented, and enthusiastic about growth in a commercial environment.

Requirements:

Studies in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of English (for international customer contact).

Basic digital skills (Excel) and CRM knowledge are a plus.

Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
