Iron Road Logistics is seeking a dependable, safety-first Truck Driver to transport equipment efficiently and professionally to customer and company locations. This role is responsible for safely operating company trucks and tractor-trailers while delivering a high level of service to customers and working collaboratively with Crownstone and McGrew Equipment teams. The Truck Driver is responsible for the safe transportation of purchased and consigned equipment while ensuring compliance with all company policies and DOT regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to safe driving practices. Drivers are a key point of contact for customers and internal teams and play an important role in the overall customer experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds and may infrequently lift and/or move up to seventy-five (75) pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
