Human Resources Manager
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Human Resources Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle, including all onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Strong understanding of corporate compliance requirements as they relate to employees, including documentation, policy adherence, and regulatory reporting
- Experience managing and overseeing employee benefits programs (e.g.,medical, 401(k))
- Experience drafting and delivering clear, consistent corporate communications that support culture, change management, and organizational alignment
- Proven ability to administer and enhance employee evaluation processes, including goalsetting frameworks, review cycles, and manager coaching
- Familiarity with succession planning concepts and the ability to support or eventually lead a structured succession planning and talent review process
- Experience coordinating variable compensation programs such as quarterly bonuses, including tracking, validation, and cross functional alignment
- Administrative ownership of HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred), including workflows, data integrity, reporting, and system optimization
- Working knowledge of payroll processes with the ability to partner closely with accounting or assume ownership of payroll administration
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to translate compliance requirements into practical, business friendly practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence leaders, support employees, and foster a positive, inclusive culture
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
- Organizational Development or related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with direct ownership of core HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience with HRIS systems and administration thereof (Rippling preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- SHRMCP, SHRMSCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
