Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age (18+ for some roles)

• Positive attitude and commitment to guest service excellence

• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors depending on role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality, golf, food service, recreation, or customer-facing roles

• Interest or experience in resort operations

• Certifications relevant to the applied position (e.g., ServSafe, pesticide license, CPR, etc.)

• Familiarity with the Northern Michigan region or seasonal resort lifestyle
