Network Specialist at Columbia Vehicle Group – Aiken, South Carolina

Columbia Vehicle Group (CVG) designs and manufactures industry-leading, all-electric vehicles for commercial, industrial, and retail markets. With over 40 models sold under the Columbia and Tomberlin brands, our vehicles are trusted by businesses, families, and Fortune 500 companies around the world.

We are seeking a motivated Network Specialist to support our IT systems and infrastructure at our Aiken, SC facility.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot network connectivity and system performance issues
Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration including user accounts, permissions, and licensing
Support Windows Server environments and system updates
Install and maintain IT equipment including servers, workstations, and laptops
Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures

Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of IT support or network administration experience
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 administration
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and internal customer support skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be available to work after hours or weekends if needed
