Accountabilities- Manage daily service calls and correspondence with customers and field staff.
- Ensure high levels of attention to detail while multitasking.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Problem-solving and decision-making on service-related issues.
- Work independently while meeting productivity goals.
- Familiarity with standard office practices and computer operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to operate MS Office efficiently.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
- Eligible for 401k after one year of employment.
