Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance of the branch. Will directly manage inside and outside sales personnel, warehouse inventory, and production shop in an exciting, fast-paced, industrial work environment. Must work independently to lead, manage, and motivate a team. Must embrace and implement lean manufacturing and lean business practices.
What You'll Do:
  • Stay on top of sales and profits, look for bottlenecks in sales process
  • Effectively train and cross train staff
  • Make team sales calls and keep customers happy
  • Create profit and focus on key account strategy
  • Effectively communicate with employees
  • Recruit and hire
  • Maintain and improve morale
  • Stay engaged in customer activity/relationships
  • Empower the workforce
  • Effective Performance Management
  • Check daily pulse of business
  • Stay on top of order delivery performance
  • Reinforce safety programs
  • Daily cycle counts
  • Stay on top of production and quality control
  • Communicate effectively with corporate departments
  • Sales forecast
  • Making work flow efficient
  • Final authority over all inventory
  • Analyze financial results
  • Monthly reports
  • Set branch goals
  • Monthly review of critical numbers w/ branch employees
What We Need From You:
  • Minimum 5 years branch management experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing and developing a staff
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Able to understand financials and be fully responsible for the EBIT branch performance
