Branch Manager - Industrial Distribution at SunSource – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead and grow an established location for our organization. This role combines leadership, sales, operations, and customer service in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

• Manage branch performance, including sales, profits, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and develop inside and outside sales teams, warehouse, and production staff.
• Make sales calls, maintain key customer relationships, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, order delivery, production quality, and workflow efficiency.
• Analyze financial performance, including EBITA, and set branch goals.
• Monitor daily operations, reinforce safety programs, and perform cycle counts.
• Communicate effectively with corporate departments and provide monthly performance reports.
• Recruit, hire, and maintain a motivated, high-performing workforce.

• 5+ years branch management experience in industrial distribution or related field.
• 2+ years experience managing and developing staff.
• Strong financial acumen and accountability for branch EBITDA.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and lean business practices preferred.
