Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Residential Lending Processing and Closing Manager, this position is responsible for post-closing, preparing, and delivering completed loan packages to investors and government agencies. This position will proactively support mortgage lending activities and goals, ensure quality post-closing service standards agreements, and ensure all mortgage policies and procedures are adhered to and comply with state and federal lending laws.
Essential Functions:

- Audit closed loan packages for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance before shipping.
- Ensure all required documents (notes, security instruments) are properly endorsed, imaged, and organized.
- Activate MI and obtain government insurance certificates and guarantees.
- Deliver electronic or physical loan files to investors or custodians, tracking shipments for timely receipt.
- Review and resolve any outstanding investor conditions (suspense items) to ensure loan purchase.
- Monitor shipping deadlines and loan purchasing status.
- Coordinate with closing agents, title companies, underwriters, and secondary marketing departments to resolve issues.
- Fulfill Quality Control requests from investors, mortgage insurance companies, etc.
- Assist in processing Loan Modification Agreements.
- Prepare updated aggregate escrow disclosures for closed loans.
- Review current procedures to improve efficiency and ensure quality within the Mortgage Shipping and Delivery Specialist function.
- Assist in opening new mortgage applications: Confirm application information, order verifications and title work.
- Collaborate and work effectively with members of the management team, members of the Mortgage Operations Team and other ENB employees.
- Maintain professional-level knowledge of legal requirements and state and federal regulations that impact Mortgage Operations and functional responsibilities.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or its equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred.
- One to two years of relevant experience.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle several demanding projects simultaneously
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and possess excellent communication skills
- Familiar with loan origination systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Supervisory Requirements:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, mouse, keyboard, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculator, and fax machines. Due to the physical location of this position, phone ringing, and people conversing, it may be difficult to hear at times and therefore easily distracting.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs is required.

No travel is required for this position.
