Contador de Propiedades Bilingue-Remoto
$1,700 - $2,000 a month
Responsabilidades principales
Preparar y analizar estados financieros mensuales de propiedades.
Conciliar cuentas bancarias y estados de tarjetas.
Procesar facturas, gestionar cobranzas y apoyar en presupuestos.
Monitorear flujo de caja y apoyar en la planificacin de tesorera.
Coordinar con asesores externos en impuestos y auditoras.
Requisitos
Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o afines.
Deseable: CPA.
Manejo de software contable (ej. Onesite, MRI) y Excel avanzado.
Conocimiento de GAAP.
Competencias clave
Pensamiento analtico y atencin al detalle.
Gestin del tiempo y adaptabilidad.
Comunicacin clara y tica profesional.
