Are you a digital media expert with a passion for performance marketing in regulated industries? This is your opportunity to lead innovative campaigns in the Cannabis and Hemp divisions of Good Feels Inc.!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:006:00 PM

What you'll do:

Plan and optimize campaigns on platforms like Jane, Dutchie, and Sparks. Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, impressions) and adjust them in real time. Analyze sales data to allocate budgets by store and SKU. Realize budgets toward higher-impact channels. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on key events (e.g., Green Wednesday, 4/20). Manage full-funnel campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and emerging networks. Implement retargeting, lookalike, and conversion funnel strategies. Collaborate with creative and product teams for consistent messaging. Coordinate influencer and affiliate programs. Use analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights, Looker Studio) for reporting and KPI tracking.

Requirements

-3-5 years of experience in digital media buying (Consumer Packaged Goods/CPG) -Advanced English (C1 level). -Experience managing monthly budgets of $10,000-$100,000 or more across multiple -platforms. -Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio.
