About This Position

Description:

DSA Doors is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-driven Quality Inspection Associate to help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards. The role is a contract-to-permanent basis. Candidates who perform well can convert to a permanent role within a short period of time — or sooner based on performance.

What You’ll Do

As a Quality Inspection Associate, you’ll play a critical role in protecting our brand and delivering defect-free products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carefully inspecting all finished products—both visually and by touch—to identify any defects or blemishes
  • Immediately notifying supervisors of any quality issues that need correction
  • Taking photos of finished units from specific angles and uploading them to our database for warranty and service tracking
  • Reviewing Work Tickets daily to organize and prioritize tasks for smooth workflow and shipment readiness
  • Documenting any orders with issues such as damage, missing parts, incorrect items, poor quality, or extras
  • Preparing clear reports for supervisors to support continuous improvement
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work area
  • Supporting additional tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations

Work Schedule:

40-hour workweek - Monday to Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM and OT as necessary.
