About This Position
We are seeking a relentless, high-activity Sales Hunter who thrives on the chase and possesses the grit to turn cold prospects into closed deals. This role is designed for a proactive closer who excels in a high-volume environment—someone who can manage a dense outbound pipeline and move prospects through the funnel with speed and precision.
Compensation:$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Drive High-Volume Outreach: Maintain a rigorous daily rhythm of outbound calls and digital engagement to maximize your pipeline.
- Rapid Lead Qualification: Quickly identify pain points and qualify prospects to ensure your time is spent on high-conversion opportunities.
- Aggressive Pipeline Management: Proactively "hunt" within your territory using a mix of phone, email, and virtual networking to exceed sales targets.
- Close with Precision: Overcome objections in real-time and transition prospects to customers with speed and efficiency.
- High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
- Proven track record in sales
- Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
- 3 or more years of outside sales experience with a focus on phone prospecting.
