This role provides a unique opportunity to influence product strategy and design at a company-wide level, shaping the systems, frameworks, and processes that power scalable digital experiences. As a Senior Staff Product Designer, you will tackle complex, ambiguous challenges while leading high-visibility initiatives across multiple product domains. You will leverage your expertise in interaction, visual design, and prototypingsupported by AI tools when appropriateto translate ideas into tangible, user-centered solutions. Working in a fully remote and asynchronous environment, you will partner with leadership, engineers, and cross-functional teams to maintain design consistency and elevate product quality. This position is ideal for designers who enjoy mentorship, raising the bar for design craft, and driving innovation at scale while navigating real-world constraints.
Accountabilities:- Lead the creation of high-fidelity prototypes, functional flows, and design experiments to bridge vision and feasibility.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and frameworks that ensure consistency across products and teams.
- Utilize AI-assisted design tools to enhance workflow efficiency, documentation, and rapid prototyping.
- Partner with executives, product leaders, and cross-functional teams to align on product direction, experimentation, and user value.
- Mentor and guide other designers, shaping critique practices, playbooks, and company-wide design standards.
- Take ownership of high-impact projects and special initiatives that influence product quality, user experience, and strategic outcomes.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to design at scale, building coherent systems across complex products and multiple teams.
- Technical proficiency in prototyping, functional flows, and AI-assisted design tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, translating broad goals into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Experience mentoring designers and influencing company-wide design practices.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous, and distributed team environment.
- Passion for craft, detail, and creating impactful, user-centered experiences.
