Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator - Private Dental Office at Stride Dental Hub LLC – Sanford, Florida

Sanford Modern Dentistry is growing quickly, and we are looking for an energetic, patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people. Our Patient Care Coordinators are the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while helping our practice run smoothly.

Patient Experience

• Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
  
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
  
• Ensure every patient interaction reflects our commitment to excellent care
  
• Manage patient flow at the front desk to keep the day running smoothly
  

Scheduling & Practice Growth

• Schedule new and existing patients efficiently to maximize the doctor and hygiene schedules
  
• Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment or hygiene appointments
  
• Confirm upcoming appointments and help reduce last-minute cancellations
  
• Assist with filling openings in the schedule when they arise
  

Insurance & Financial Coordination

• Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage to patients
  
• Help patients understand treatment costs and available payment options
  
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
  

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  
• Assist with daily reports and office communication
  
• Work closely with the clinical team to support a seamless patient experience

• Positive, upbeat personality with strong communication skills
  
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
  
• Comfortable speaking with patients about scheduling, insurance, and finances
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Team player who enjoys helping the practice grow
  

Dental experience is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
