Job Overview
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Ottawa is now hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Sales Coordinator.
In this role, you’ll combine customer service excellence with sales skills to guide customers through their moving experience, from first inquiry to post-move follow-up. What You’ll Do
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and online inquiries
  • Recommend and sell moving services, packing supplies, and value-added options based on customer needs
  • Convert inbound leads into booked moves using effective sales techniques
  • Accurately enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves in the system
  • Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Complete all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct post-move follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities
  • Professionally handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints
  • Support local marketing, networking, and community initiatives, including charitable move coordination and PR activities
  • Assist with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed

Requirements
  • Minimum 6–12 months of customer service, sales, or office experience
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Experience in sales (inbound or outbound) is preferred
  • Moving industry experience is an asset but not required (training provided)
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM or scheduling systems
  • Ability to perform basic business math calculations
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset in the Ottawa market
