Salary Range:
$19.00 to $26.00 per hour
Requirements (Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification):
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform complex and detailed data entry
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Efficiently navigate through and use complex computer modules
  • Experience in reading deeds a plus
  • Consistent and predictable attendance
Job Duties (Summary):
  • Interpret data provided to transfer property
  • Assist with other duties such as
    • Vendor’s license
    • Dog license
    • Cigarette license
    • Front desk coverage
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Consistent and dependable analytical skills
  • Computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems such as MS Word and Excel
