Experienced BDC Sales Representative at Short Pump Motorcars LLC – Richmond, Virginia

Great Lakes Honda of Short Pump is a high-performing, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and value. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BDC Sales Representative to join our Business Development Center and help drive dealership growth through effective customer engagement and lead management.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team by understanding customer requirements and offering relevant information.
• Follow up with customers to nurture relationships, ensure satisfaction, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up logs using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to sale.
• Provide detailed product and promotional information to customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of prior experience in an automotive call center, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with phone and computer-based work.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as VinSolutions, Elead, or Reynolds & Reynolds (a plus).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
