Therapy & Learning Center of Georgia (TLC) is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing ABA, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy services. Our mission is to create a better future for our patients and their families by working together as a collaborative, compassionate team.
At our Roswell clinic, kids have access to large rooms and motor area where they can socialize, play, and work on motor skills. You’ll also be supported by a strong administrative team so you can focus on clinical work instead of being buried in logistics. We offer monthly Interdisciplinary meetings with BCBA, SLP, OT, weekly 1-1 meetings with the Director of ABA, and leadership training.
About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time BCBA who is a true team player and wants to make an impact in a collaborative clinic setting.
Caseload: Approximately 6-8 full-time early intervention clients
Setting: In-clinic, multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs)
Support: monthly leadership and clinical meetings, strong in clinic admin support
Team: You’ll lead a small team of RBTs and help maintain our low RBT turnover and high-quality care
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Conduct intake evaluations and re-evaluations for new and existing clients.
- Use tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and PEAK to guide treatment planning.
- Design individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
- Provide weekly supervision and ongoing coaching to your RBT team.
- Conduct bimonthly parent and caregiver trainings.
- Collaborate with other BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs to support each child as a whole.
- Communicate with schools and outside providers in a professional, collaborative way.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold BACB ethical standards.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 patient visit hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (required).
- Current BCBA certification (required).
- Georgia BCBA license (or eligibility, if applicable/required for the role).
- Demonstrated ability to supervise RBTs and lead clinical work with professionalism and consistency.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Schedule
Monday–Friday
Typical therapy hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (exact schedule may vary by clinic operations and client needs)

Physical & Work Requirements (Clinic Environment)
- Ability to work in an active pediatric clinical environment and engage with children throughout the day.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move between treatment areas; occasional lifting/moving of materials.
- Ability to maintain professional composure and sound judgment in dynamic clinical situations.
