Vital Therapy is growing! We are expanding in San Antonio and seek a Full Time OT, OTA, PTA, PT or SLP to lead our dedicated in-house therapy team as Director of Rehabilitation. We seek an experienced therapist who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, wound care, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.

SLP Operations is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post acute rehabilitation facilities located throughout Texas. We believe in empowering the careers of our therapists through support, training, and commitment to excellence in order to provide the best outcomes and quality of care for our patients and residents. Colonial Manor is preparing to begin specialized programming in respiratory therapy and in memory care - it is an exciting time to lead this dedicated group of therapists!
