Delivery Coordinator at Honda – Akron, Ohio

Position Overview

The Automotive Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and memorable vehicle delivery experience for our customers. This position works closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to coordinate all aspects of the delivery process.

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with customers
  
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately prior to delivery
  
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, including confirming detailing and fuel levels
  
• Conduct vehicle walk-throughs with customers, explaining features and technology
  
• Assist customers with setting up Bluetooth, navigation, and mobile apps
  
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction
  
• Maintain delivery logs and documentation
  
• Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to meet delivery timelines
  

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with technology and vehicle features
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
