This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the operational strategy of a high-growth, global fintech environment. As Manager, Operations Strategy, you will serve as a key partner to operational and business leaders, leading high-impact projects across onboarding, risk, payments, and support functions. You will diagnose complex operational challenges, implement data-driven solutions, and measure outcomes to drive efficiency and improve customer experience. The role requires close collaboration across multiple teams, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations. This position is ideal for a proactive, analytical thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and driving strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and day-to-day workflows.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including diagnosis of issues, solution design, implementation, and measurement of results.
Collaborate across functions such as Engineering, Risk, Payments, and Customer Support to ensure stakeholder alignment and project success.
Prepare materials highlighting project progress, key risks, dependencies, and outcomes for leadership review.
Conduct deep-dives and ad-hoc analyses on issues identified by leadership or functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement by translating insights and data into actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in strategy, strategic operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably at a fast-growing tech startup or a top-tier consulting firm.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel, and comfort using data to build insights and recommendations.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
Prior exposure to fintech, payments, banking, financial services, or other regulated industries, including familiarity with KYC, onboarding, risk, or compliance processes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
