Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Process & Culture Leadership
- Establish and maintain standardized warehouse procedures that promote organization, accountability, and efficiency.
- Lead coordination of warehouse activities to ensure materials and equipment are ready to support field construction operations.
- Promote safe work practices and a culture of continuous improvement within the warehouse and shop.
- Provide proactive problem-solving to support changing project needs and schedules.
Warehouse & Fabrication Operations
- Supervise shop personnel responsible for fabrication support tasks such as building box-outs, wood forms, and modifying formwork components.
- Coordinate fabrication or modification of steel form components and related hardware.
- Maintain an organized, safe warehouse and shop environment.
- Stage materials and equipment for shipment to active projects.
Logistics & Transportation
- Schedule and coordinate trucking for shaft construction projects including forms, piping, structural materials, and jobsite equipment.
- Develop delivery schedules aligned with construction timelines and track shipments to prevent delays.
- Coordinate shipment and return of shaft formwork and equipment nationwide.
Project Support & Coordination
- Work closely with project managers and shaft crews to anticipate material and equipment needs.
- Maintain tracking systems using Excel or similar tools for inventory, shipping schedules, and material planning.
- Provide logistical support to ensure field crews maintain productivity.
Formwork Management
- Manage storage, maintenance, and inventory of steel shaft wall forming systems.
- Coordinate allocation of form systems to ensure availability for field crews.
Inventory Management & Accounting Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of materials moving to and from projects.
- Coordinate with Accounting to track inventory usage and project allocations.
Erection Department Equipment Support
- Oversee maintenance, storage, and shipment preparation of water tank jacking equipment.
- Verify all required components are accounted for before equipment ships to a jobsite.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Required
- Experience in warehouse management, construction logistics, fabrication operations, or shop supervision
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience coordinating trucking and logistics for construction materials or equipment
- Ability to supervise and coordinate shop personnel
- Strong communication skills and ability to support field construction teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar inventory tracking systems
Preferred
- Experience working with steel fabrication or formwork systems
- Experience coordinating inventory with accounting or ERP systems
- Mechanical aptitude and experience maintaining construction equipment
- Ability to read fabrication drawings or construction plans
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a warehouse and shop environment
- Ability to lift and move materials and equipment, up to 50 lbs, as needed
- Occasional travel or coordination outside normal working hours may be required to support project demands
