Collaborate with the founding team to design, build, and maintain the company’s AI-driven leadership development platform.
Produce high-quality, reliable software with clean architecture and minimal bugs, ensuring long-term maintainability.
Serve as a role model for team culture, promoting excellence, honesty, kindness, and collaboration.
Contribute to technical discussions, providing informed architectural opinions while remaining flexible to team input.
Work closely with team members to optimize AI model integration, including LLM workflows, data pipelines, and fine-tuning.
Ensure timely delivery of features from conception to production, maintaining high standards of performance and usability.
Requirements:
Proven experience shipping software from concept to production, with a track record of quality and efficiency.
Expertise in TypeScript and familiarity with frameworks such as NextJS, PostgreSQL, and serverless hosting (e.g., Vercel).
Experience working with AI/ML models, particularly LLMs, and knowledge of fine-tuning, data pipelines, or related workflows is a plus.
Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on supporting team members and end-users.
Ability to overlap with US Pacific Time for at least 4 working hours per day.
