We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Process Operator position, joining our Jackson, OH team!

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday
HOURS: 3:30pm-3:30am
- Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Operate potato chip fryers, dough mixers, and snack food processing equipment.
Responsible for change over and set up of the mixing, cooking, and processing equipment.
Cleaning machine parts after changeovers, discarding trash/waste, and monitoring tank levels as well as cleaning seasoning trays, floors, and ovens in the processing area.
Records daily machine and process information such as batch counts, start & stop times, oil meter readings, waste recordings, and pounds of flour.
Changes and maintains Urschel slicer heads to maintain quality and consistent slices.
Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods.
Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data.
Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
