About the Role

Encompass is seeking dedicated Child Care Teachers to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that nurture curiosity, confidence, and development. Teachers design child-centered activities, provide exceptional care, and build strong relationships with families—all within classrooms that intentionally operate at lower ratios than state minimums to support higher-quality interactions and individualized attention.

A college degree isn’t required to start with us, but state-approved qualifying early childhood courses are. If you’ve completed the required coursework and are eager to continue growing in the field, we provide additional training and professional development to support your career path.

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma (required)
• Completion of state-required early childhood coursework for teacher eligibility (required)
• Pursuing or holding an ECE-related degree (preferred, not required)
• Passionate, reliable educators who value quality, teamwork, and child-centered learning
