This role is designed for someone who has a foundation in HVAC or duct systems and wants to continue learning and growing in the trade. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, with duct cleaning as part of your responsibilities, while expanding into broader HVAC skills.

• Perform residential air duct cleaning and ventilation system services
• Inspect duct systems and identify airflow or cleanliness issues
• Properly set up and operate duct cleaning equipment
• Assist HVAC technicians with installs, maintenance, and service work
• Learn system components, airflow, and indoor air quality best practices
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Communicate with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Some prior HVAC, duct cleaning, or indoor air quality experience
• Trade school or technical school graduate preferred
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  

• $16–$18/hour based on experience
