Position Summary
As a Fuze Springing Operator, you will assemble small, intricate components that are critical to product performance. This role requires excellent hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble small parts with precision and consistency.
• Wind springs and position strikers on primed fuzes.
• Insert hinge pins through multiple components accurately.
• Maintain high production standards and quality checks.
Qualifications
• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive wrist and finger movements.
• Comfortable working with small components.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
• Jewelry making, electronics assembly, watch repair, dental lab work, or similar fine-detail tasks.
• Small hand size is advantageous for handling components.

Work Environment & Schedule
Enjoy a consistent 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with Fridays reserved for overtime. Our facility offers a climate-controlled manufacturing environment for year-round comfort. All tasks are performed seated, eliminating the need for prolonged standing, and designed to maximize efficiency while ensuring employee comfort and safety.
