Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct Detailed Process Analysis: Map and assess current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for digitization and automation.
• Design Future-State Digital Workflows: Develop optimized, user-centered digital processes using tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, or ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Support Change Management Activities: Collaborate with the change management lead to support stakeholder engagement, contribute to training materials, and assist in user onboarding and adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with IT and Business Stakeholders: Work closely with IT teams, business units, and end users to validate requirements, test solutions, and ensure smooth implementation of redesigned workflows.
• Ensure Quality, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement: Validate that new workflows meet data governance, security, and accessibility standards, and contribute to post-implementation reviews to identify areas for refinement.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business process management, or related field • 3+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow automation
• Familiarity with Lean Six-Sigma or similar methodologies
• Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power Automate, etc.)
**PROXIMITY TO WASHINGTON DC STRONGLY PREFERRED**
