This is a high-impact, quota-carrying sales leadership role focused on driving new business growth across Amazon marketplace solutions for mid-sized and enterprise consumer brands. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding brands through complex marketplace decisions and aligning them with the most effective service model to accelerate growth. The role blends consultative selling, storytelling, and commercial strategy, requiring a strong ability to translate client needs into tailored growth solutions. You will collaborate closely with marketing, lead generation, strategy, and client services teams to convert qualified opportunities into long-term partnerships. This position sits at the intersection of commerce, performance, and brand strategy, supporting some of the fastest-growing categories in consumer goods. - Own and manage a pipeline of qualified, high-value opportunities sourced through inbound, outbound, and referral channels, driving them from discovery to close.
- Lead consultative sales conversations across Amazon marketplace models (1P, 3P, and distribution), guiding brands toward the best-fit growth strategy.
- Develop tailored growth narratives and business cases aligned with client objectives, category maturity, and marketplace readiness.
- Educate prospects on full-service Amazon capabilities, leveraging data, insights, and performance examples to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with lead generation, demand generation, and marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and pipeline quality.
- Partner with internal strategy, solutions, and proposal teams to design compelling pitch materials and lead end-to-end pitch execution.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure seamless handoff to client services and onboarding teams post-close.
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene to ensure visibility and predictability.
- 7–10 years of experience in consultative, quota-carrying sales roles within agencies, consulting, SaaS, enterprise sales, or Amazon-related ecosystems.
- Proven success closing complex mid-market and enterprise deals, typically ranging from $5M–$50M in revenue impact.
- Strong experience leading discovery, shaping commercial strategy, and driving multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, strategy, and delivery teams in a fast-moving growth environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage C-suite and senior brand stakeholders.
- Strong organizational discipline with consistent pipeline management and attention to detail in complex sales processes.
- Highly motivated by impact-driven outcomes rather than high-volume transactional selling.
- Experience working with consumer brands in categories such as Beauty, Wellness, Supplements, Pet, or Household CPG is a strong plus.
- Understanding of Amazon marketplace models (1P, 3P, distribution) is highly desirable.
