We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our core AI features at Fireflies.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll work closely with engineering and design to ship fast, iterate on AI outputs, and continuously improve the user experience.
- Own and improve core AI features like daily digest and meeting summaries
- Build and iterate on AI apps/use-cases on top of Fireflies data
- Drive prompt engineering efforts to improve output quality and reliability
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast and iterate based on feedback
- Define and track key product metrics (usage, engagement, output quality)
- Continuously experiment, test, and improve AI experiences
- 2–4 years of experience in a high growth startup. Experience with AI first products would be a plus
- Prior experience building 0→1 or scaling product features
- High ownership and bias for action — someone who takes charge and executes
- Strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, etc.) and actively using them in day-to-day work
- Familiarity with prompt iteration, evaluation, or output quality frameworks
- Good product sense with an eye for UX/UI (especially dashboards and user-facing features)
- Metrics-driven mindset — comfortable working with data to drive decisions
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
