In this entry-level Deposit Services Representative position you’ll be a vital part of our Operations team—managing deposit account maintenance, supporting customer needs, and ensuring our systems and records are accurate and compliant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, and people.
What You Bring to the Table
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional business or technical training is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while staying calm and detail-focused under deadlines.
- Proficiency with data entry and account systems (experience with DNA or similar systems preferred).
- Clear, professional communication skills—you’re approachable and thorough when answering questions from internal teams or customers.
- Problem-solving mindset—you’re resourceful, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers, reports, and reconciliations.
