About the Role:

The Executive Vice President - National Accounts is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the strategic growth and management of the company's largest and most critical national client relationships across the United States. This role requires developing and executing comprehensive account strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention. The EVP will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, optimize operational efficiency, and maximize revenue opportunities within national accounts. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, the EVP will influence product development, marketing, and service delivery to meet evolving client needs. Ultimately, this position is pivotal in strengthening the company’s market position and achieving sustainable long-term growth through high-impact national account management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in national account management or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale client accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company’s products or services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar accounts and complex contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analytics tools to drive decision-making.
  • Established network within the national accounts sector and industry associations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and manage national accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for national account management, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams to coordinate efforts and optimize client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and network.
