Job Description

Description:
  • Communicate and follow up with customers via our Customer Relationship Management platform (Gorgias), email, and phone.
  • Locate and ship store products for online orders.
  • Resolve shipping issues and discrepancies.
  • Conduct cycle counts and update inventory on our Shopify account as needed.
  • Organize fabric swatches program to provide customers with the appropriate samples.
  • Eager to work on site and actively engage with customers and other team members.
  • Must be able to provide support to additional departments (e.g. assisting during our quarterly inventory counts or with light administrative work).
  • Assist customers with purchases at Showroom and Outlet store locations.
  • Finalize transactions with Shopify POS devices.
  • Must familiarize themselves with our entire inventory, including fabrics, colors, products, sizes.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store and at their work station.
  • Handle in-store and online returns and exchanges per company policy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries, professionally assisting callers and directing them to the appropriate Sales Associate.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all clients entering the Matteo X or Matteo showroom, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
  • Provide support to clients in the showroom, as well as through phone and email communication, as needed.
  • Assist with quote preparation, order entry, and ongoing order management to ensure accurate and timely processing.

WORK HOURS: Sunday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Requirements:
  • Excellent computer skills and phone etiquette
  • Must be comfortable in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be a team player and willing to wear multiple hats
  • Prior related-industry experience strongly preferred
  • Quick learner/Prior experience with the following software: ShipStation, Shopify, Gorgias
  • Knowledge of Spanish a plus
