The Opportunity

You will serve as a high-level field leader, driving the successful execution of complex structural foundations for electrical substations and transmission lines. This role empowers you to manage specialized crews for an industry leader known for documented yearly growth and a commitment to employee safety. You will have the autonomy to direct major builds while receiving the support of a privately owned company that treats you like a partner, not a number.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Supervise and mentor field crews to ensure the high-quality delivery of substation and caisson construction projects.

  • Execute daily field operations in strict accordance with project blueprints and safety protocols to maintain Silverlines industry-leading standards.

  • Coordinate heavy equipment operations and digital layout equipment to achieve precise project specifications.

  • Manage project timelines and crew dynamics to ensure milestones are met within budget and scope.

  • Maintain a "can-do" culture on-site by resolving technical and logistical challenges in real-time.

  • Represent company values of growth and safety while serving as the primary lead for multi-state regional assignments.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in structural concrete foundations specifically within electrical substations or power infrastructure.

  • Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical project drawings.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and utilize digital layout technology for precision work.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, manage, and motivate field crews effectively.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company-provided vehicles.

  • Knowledge in slurry drilling and familiar with casing installation and extraction.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Possession of a Class A CDL or specialized crane operator certification.

  • Experience managing large-diameter caisson construction for power lines or bridge projects.

  • Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety standards and fall protection protocols.
