Product Manager, Growth & Analytics, Beeper

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Growth & Analytics, Beeper in United States.

This role sits at the core of product growth strategy, where data, experimentation, and execution converge to shape user behavior and business outcomes. You will take ownership of growth initiatives, identifying what drives activation, retention, and monetization while continuously refining the product experience. Working closely with leadership and engineering teams, you will turn ambiguous product questions into measurable experiments and actionable insights. The environment is highly analytical and fast-moving, requiring strong independence and intellectual rigor. You will directly influence how users engage with the product and how value is captured across the user journey. This is a high-ownership role for a product thinker who is equally comfortable in data, strategy, and execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end product execution for growth initiatives, including defining specs, user stories, success criteria, and experiment frameworks
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments from hypothesis to launch to results interpretation, ensuring clear learning outcomes
  • Build and maintain core product dashboards covering activation, retention, conversion, and engagement metrics used by leadership
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis when key metrics shift, identifying root causes and recommending actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to validate product behavior and confirm the impact of shipped features
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation, including specifications, release notes, and internal references
  • Translate data insights into product decisions and communicate findings clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in product management, growth, analytics, or a closely related role with full ownership of product execution
  • Strong SQL skills including CTEs, window functions, cohort analysis, and funnel-based querying (required)
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses and building dashboards or recurring analytical reports
  • Ability to write clear product specifications that guide engineering execution and data-driven summaries for leadership
  • Hands-on experience running experiments and understanding the full lifecycle of product testing and learning
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into product decisions
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experiment design methodologies
  • Experience with consumer, messaging, or subscription-based products is a plus
  • Ability to work with imperfect or incomplete data while maintaining analytical rigor
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $120,000–$190,000 USD (adjusted for location and paid in local currency)
  • Fully remote work with global flexibility and autonomy
  • Open vacation policy supporting work-life balance
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact consumer products at global scale
  • Strong ownership culture with direct visibility into leadership decisions
  • Collaborative, distributed team environment across multiple time zones
  • Exposure to modern growth, analytics, and experimentation frameworks
  • Inclusive, mission-driven organization focused on open web and digital communication
